Firewalk Instructor Training – Participant Agreement

By agreeing to take part in the Firewalk Instructor Training and Certification, I understand and accept the following:

I recognise that activities like firewalking and glasswalking carry inherent risks, including the possibility of serious injury. I am choosing to participate completely of my own free will, knowing these risks, and I take full responsibility for my own safety and wellbeing throughout the course.

I understand that no guarantee can be made about my safety, and I will not hold Kick Ash Firewalks, its owner, staff, suppliers, partners, or other participants responsible for any injury or harm – whether physical, mental, or financial – whether it happens now or in the future.

I agree not to pursue legal action for any reason, even if negligence could be shown.

I know that I am free to decline participation in any activity at any time, and that I am responsible for my own decisions. I confirm that I have not consumed any intoxicants and have been made aware of the risks. I also confirm that I have no health conditions that could prevent proper healing or put me at further risk. I have no intention of harming myself.

I understand that I am not being trained to certify others as Firewalking Instructors.

The information and methods I’ll receive during this course are proprietary, and I agree not to use them to train others as instructors or run firewalking seminars without further certification. I understand that Kick Ash Firewalks offers an advanced Mastery programme which includes the proper permissions to train and certify others. If I breach this agreement, I accept that I will be required to pay the full fees for that Mastery Certification.

I give permission for my image and voice to be recorded during the course, and I understand that these may be used in future promotional materials or presentations by Kick Ash Firewalks and its partners.

By signing this agreement or ticking the box to confirm, I state that I have read and fully understood everything written here. I accept all associated risks, including the risk of injury or death, and agree to be legally bound by the terms.

I acknowledge that this training is designed to be physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging, to help me grow personally and to support my ability to guide others in the future.

This agreement applies not just in the UK, but globally.
